I haven’t made a good sandwich in a while, though this doesn’t quite cut it since it took few seconds to assemble.
Prepackaged italian baked tofu, Daiya havarti cheese, pea shoots, nutritional yeast, and mustard on Ezekiel sprouted grain bread. Am munching on romaine, carrot sticks, and grapes on the side. I am getting the hang of this “nutritionally balanced” meal thing, I think.
